TATTOO REMOVAL

   TATTOO REMOVAL WITH THE ULTRALIGHT-Q

Regret your tattoo? If so, you're not alone. Everyday patients from every walk of life come in because they have had second thoughts about their tattoos.

How are tattoos removed?
The Ultralight-Q uses an intense beam of light to significantly lighten or completely remove your tattoo. Tattoo removal with the Ultralight-Q uses infrared light to penetrate the top skin layer and target the tattoo ink. The treated area scabs over, after several days, the scab falls off taking the ink with it. Multiple treatments may be required to obtain your desired result.

MAYBE IN THIS COAT AND TIE PEOPLE WON'T NOTICE MY TATTOO?

   WHAT ARE THE TREATMENTS LIKE?

Some patients say they feel a slight sting, followed by the feeling of a sunburn. But your other options are more invasive and painful, and can often result in scarring.

WHAT WILL MY SKIN LOOK LIKE AFTER THE TREATMENT?

Right after your treatment, your skin may have a white discoloration, red around the tattoo and some swelling. This is normal, and will disappear after a few days.

   ARE THERE ANY SIDE EFFECTS?

Occasionally, hypopigmentation, or a whitening of the skin may occur. But, normal skin tone should return within 6 - 12 months following your last treatment session.
